After you review this resource, you should be able to answer the following questions:

  • How does the Fourth Amendment provide for protection against unreasonable searches and seizures, and protection for people’s homes, property, and effects?
  • What are the fundamentals of the Fifth Amendment in relation to self-incrimination and double jeopardy?
